These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of the Fashion Club subscription provided by Momio ApS. Please read them carefully before subscribing. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Option & Billing

  • Fashion Club is a digital product available on a subscription basis.

  • You may choose one of the following subscription periods: 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.

  • The subscription starts immediately upon purchase.

  • At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel beforehand.

  • The applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method you provided at checkout.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.

  • You will retain access to Fashion Club until the end of your current paid subscription period.

  • The subscription is tied to the account that made the purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of Fashion Club subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Receipts & Notifications

  • You will receive an email confirmation after your initial purchase and after each recurring renewal charge.

  • If we introduce a free trial or promotional offer in the future, you will be notified by email before any charges are made once the trial or offer ends.

6. Payment Information

  • Charges for Fashion Club will appear on your payment statement as:
    Momio ApS / Momio.me

  • All payments are processed securely and encrypted (SSL).
     

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase of Fashion Club, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and accepted these Subscription Terms, and

  • Agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Acceptance is recorded during checkout by ticking the confirmation boxes provided.

8. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.​​​

9. Third-Party Platforms Purchases

If you purchase a subscription to Fashion Club through a third-party platform like the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is also subject to that platform's terms of service and policies. Please consult their terms for information regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds.
